RSA’s successful E-business strategy has been recognised by an independent panel of judges at the Middle East Insurance Awards 2010. RSA received the E-business award, confirming its position as one of the region’s leading insurers.
RSA offers web based solutions to business partners and direct to the public. RSA Direct is one of the most popular insurance portals in the UAE and allows customers to receive a quote in 20 seconds and complete the entire insurance policy purchase cycle in less than five minutes. However, RSA have taken their web proposition one step further by providing dedicated personal customer managers.
