Gargash Enterprises, official distributor of Mercedes-Benz continued to witness a rising trend in its luxury passenger car and Commercial vehicle sales during the first half of the year compared to last year.
The New car sales went up by 10 percent in the first half, compared to sales last year and the growth has been mainly attributed to the new shape E-Class and S-Class facelift models which have been a major attraction amongst car fanatics due to its innovative design, style and performance. The used Car sector also enjoyed the general progressive momentum and has registered a 10% growth in the first half of 2010 compared to last year
Similar trend has been noticed in the Commercial vehicle sector, first six months of 2010 has already witnessing a sale of 326 commercial vehicles and registered a growth of 27% compared to figures last year. Leasing sector has also seen a buoyant momentum with Silver Star rentals witnessing an overall increase of 35% in commercial vehicle leasing compared to last year.
